    cozy room
    great breakfast
    tight space

Akkeri Guesthouse is a gem! Loved the cozy, clean room with a great view and the friendly vibes. Breakfast had some solid options, and the free parking was super handy. Just a bit tight with space for our luggage, but overall, really nice stay.

    noisy guests
    locked out

I wish I could say this was a pleasant stay, but the noise from upstairs guests made it unbearable. Also, being locked out and then forced to wait in the rain was just grewt! I almost considered giving a good review but, where was my complimentary gift? Awfully disappointing, won't return.

    cozy atmosphere
    slight noise

The owners were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like

part of the family. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the convenience of being close to the harbor. The only drawback was the slight noise from the upstairs guests, but it didn’t hinder our enjoyment overall.

    cozy atmosphere
    free parking
    bright common area
    small room

We loved the cozy atmosphere and the free parking made it easy with our teenage kids. Plus, the common area was bright, perfect for unwinding after our day trips. Nearby, Stykkisholmur Golf Club offered a fun day outside!

My wife says that the room was a bit small for our family’s needs.

    king-sized bed
    clean bathroom
    balcony view
    street noise
    cold breakfast

The Twin Room with Terrace was super comfy with a king-sized bed, which we loved! The balcony view was a nice touch, and the bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was cold but packed with protein, a rare find. The only downside was street noise sometimes, but it wasn't a big deal. Perfect spot for exploring restaurants and the pier.

    lovely outdoor space
    excellent breakfast options
    clean room

Akkeri Guesthouse was such a nice stay for our family! The lovely outdoor space allowed us to enjoy the beautiful midnight sun, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, even providing a cot for our little one. The breakfast options were excellent, and the room was clean and well serviced every day.

    great breakfast options
    cozy room
    cozy common area

Do recommend for a cursory stop

Cozy room, cozy common area, great breakfast options made our 2-night stay enjoyable, especially with a lovely view of the port and mountains right outside and the convenience of free parking available on-site.

    Nothing I didn't like.
